• How many bundles do I need?

For a full sew-in, 3-5 bundles of hair may be required, depending on the level of fullness you prefer. Depending on the fullness, you can require 2 or 3 bundles of hair for a partial sew-in or a lace closure/frontal wig

• How often do I need to wash my tresses?

Typically your tresses should be washed every two- four weeks but there are factors that would affect the wash time of your tresses which are: the amount of product build up is present, how sweaty/ greasy the tresses are, and how often your tresses are worn.

• What is the difference between a frontal and a closure?

Closures, which are often sewed into place, are intended to mimic the hairline's natural parting. While frontals are bonded in place to give freedom to the styling and mimic the hairline from ear to ear.

• What are I-tips?

I-tips are a form of hair extension that attaches to natural hair with the help of metal cylinders or flattened microbeads.

• Do you provide textures other than Body Wave?

In Hair We Tress specializes in providing the best quality Body Wave extensions in multiple styles.

• Are the tresses Raw or Virgin?

We provide Top Quality Virgin and Remy (tape in) hair sourced from Vietnam

• What is the difference between HD & Transparent Lace?

On the scalp, HD is a type of lace that is undetectable. It assures that you will have a hairline that looks natural and was once known as Swiss lace. A white version of standard lace is transparent lace. It can be observed with white or light beige because it is translucent. Numerous translucent colored laces are used to create a transparent lace wig. The color is typically transparent and ranges from dark to light brown.

• What lace sizes do you provide?

Frontals: 13x4 & 13x6 . Closure: 5x5, 6x6, 7x7

• Can I change/modify after I placed an order?

Sadly, after an order has been submitted, changes cannot be made.

• Can I get a refund if my order got lost or stolen?

Any lost, stolen, or damaged goods are not the responsibility of In Hair We Tress. For a potential refund, the customer must file a claim with the courier directly and adhere to their policies.

• How long is shipping after I placed my order?

Your order will be processed and mailed out within 1 to 5 business days. As soon as an order is submitted, processing gets started. 

Once the shipping courier receives your item and the processing time is finished, it will take 1-4 business days for you to get it.

• How long will my tresses last?

This hair can last up to 5 years with proper care (even more).

​

• What is the longest shortest and longest length you provide?

Depending on the style, our shortest length is 12 inches and our longest length is 30 inches.
