By Completing a Purchase You Agree To All Store Policies


 USPS are used to mail every item. The time it takes for us to process and dispatch your purchase is 1–7 business days. Your order is dispatched upon the completion of the processing period. Once it leaves our facility, shipping usually takes 1-4 business days to reach you. Following shipment, tracking numbers will be forwarded to the email address provided at checkout. 


 Processing times can take 5-10 business days, and delivery times are 1-4 business days during an InHairWetress Sale or large replenishment (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Juneteenth, etc.).

On weekends and public holidays, orders are not processed. Depending on the shipping option chosen at the time of purchase, international purchases may take 3 to 14 business days to arrive. Neither taxes nor customs costs are covered by In Hair We tress. Any missing items are not the responsibility of In Hair We Tress.


You must register a claim with the postal service if your tracking information indicates that your parcel was delivered but you have not received it.

In Hair We Tress disclaims any liability for packages that have already been sent.

Holiday delays, weather delays, natural catastrophe delays, and courier delays are not the fault of In Hair We Tress.

Using the tracking number or calling your local post office will help you find missing items.

You are liable for extra shipping costs or a shop credit/refund if your shipment is returned to In Hair We Tress due to delivery failure.


Only refunds; no exchanges are available. All refunds are subject to a 10% merchant charge.

Our 48-hour return window applies. You have 48 hours from the time your item is delivered to determine whether you want to retain it or return it for any reason. Within 48 hours after receiving an item, it must be returned through mail.

Your things must be unused and in the same condition as you got them in order to be eligible for a refund. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned products after they have been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.

To return the product, you must contact us directly to receiving the mailing address. Response time could take an hour at most.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Consider utilizing a trackable shipping service or getting insurance if you're sending a package above $75. Our promise that we'll get your returned item is not a promise.
